The MTCC uses an on-line loading dock booking system for reserving a loading dock date/time, powered by Voyage Control. This service helps you to reserve a time slot for moving your materials directly in and out of the MTCC loading docks.  The Voyage Control booking system will be live on Jan. 21, 2026. Mark that date to book Voyage Control.

Exhibitors who require the North or South Loading Docks for move-in and move-out, must book a time slot using the MTCC Voyage Control System. Access to the Loading Dock is by reservation only.

Please note: If you have heavy equipment, all arrangements for APPROVED large/heavy equipment move-in and move-out loading dock bookings, are made through GES.  All instructions must be followed. Instructions will be supplied once your heavy equipment request has been approved.

Please follow these steps in order to book a loading dock:

1) Review the appropriate move-in schedule and make note of your scheduled move-in time

2) Complete the form at the bottom of the page and click “Submit” - Forms are due no later than Feb. 23, 2026.

* If you are requesting a move-in time that does not correspond with the designated move-in time noted in schedule, please ensure to make this request in the “Special requests” field.

3) Wait for Exhibit Management to follow up via email with the move-in and out codes and information. Please note, move-out codes are based on the size and estimated tear down and loading dock ready time.

4) Use the codes and information provided by Exhibit Management to book the loading docks with MTCC Voyage Control. Exhibit Management does not book the Loading Docks for you. We provide the information for you to book the Loading Docks through MTCC Voyage Control.

 

Move-out Information

The Voyage Control move-out zones assigned are based on the size of your exhibit booth and if you have GES crate delivery*.

South Building Exhibitors

  • Zone 1 – 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. -10x10 booths, No GES crate delivery, POVs only, no 5 ton trucks or 53' trailers
  • Zone 2 – 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. - 10x10 with crate delivery or 10x20 with or without crate delivery, POVs only, no 5 ton trucks or 53' trailers
  • Zone 3 – 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. - 10x10 with crate delivery or 10x20 with or without crate delivery, POVs, 5 ton trucks only, no 53' trailers
  • Zone 4 - 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. - 10x30 and 4+ booths, no vehicle restrictions

North Building Exhibitors (East Docks or West Ramp will be based on location and booth size. Exhibit Management will determine.)

East Docks

  • Zone 1 - 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. - 10x10 booths; no GES crate delivery, no vehicle restrictions
  • Zone 2 - 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. - 10x10 booths with crate delivery or 10x20 with or without crate delivery, no vehicle restrictions
  • Zone 3 - 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. - 10x30 and 4+ booths, no vehicle restrictions

West Ramp

  • Zone 1 - 1:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. - 10x10 booths; no GES crate delivery, POVs only, no 5-ton trucks, no 53’ trailers
  • Zone 2 - 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. - 10x10 booths with crate delivery or 10x20 with or without crate delivery, POVs, 5-tons only; no 53’ trailers
  • Zone 3 - 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. - 10x30 and 4+ booths, no vehicle restrictions

All Exhibitors 

  • You MUST be loading dock ready - completely packed up and ready to load your booth material at the loading dock for the time you have booked.  This is enforced by MTCC Docks.
  • 30-minute loading time is enforced. Should you require more time to load, please see a staff member at the onsite GES Service Desk for assistance. Once loaded, you must exit the loading docks.
  • Please follow all PDAC and MTCC loading dock safety requirements.

*GES crate delivery begins at 1pm in the Exhibit Halls.
