Altan Ochir Erdenechuluun

Mr. Altan Ochir was appointed Executive Vice President, Business Development of Boroo Pte. Ltd. in October 2018, following the completion of the acquisition of Centerra Gold Inc.’s (TSX: CG) Mongolian business units, Boroo Gold LLC and Centerra Gold Mongolia LLC. He was a member of Boroo’s negotiation team in discussions with Centerra Gold Inc. and Barrick Mining Corporation, including Boroo’s acquisition of the Lagunas Norte property in Peru. Mr. Altan-Ochir is responsible for Boroo’s corporate development activities, including mergers and acquisitions and project development.
