Catherine (Kiki) Tegelberg leads community economic development with the Lundin Foundation, a Canadian non-profit that supports sustainability and community development practices across Lundin companies. Catherine has worked in site and corporate roles in the mining industry for fifteen years, developing social performance policy and practice in projects and operations in North and South America and Africa. She has expertise in community investment, local procurement, stakeholder and Indigenous engagement and cultural heritage management. In addition, she has worked in rural economic development in Latin America. Catherine holds a master’s degree in international studies from Simon Fraser University. She has lived in Bolivia, Guatemala, Madagascar and Nicaragua and calls Vancouver, Canada home.
