A project manager for many years, Francesca is an expert in project management and business strategy. She has supported major Quebec and international companies in their strategic positioning and sustainable business growth processes. Her critical thinking and rigorous approach make her an essential asset for successfully completing large-scale structuring projects.
Having recently implemented the ESG strategy of a multinational mining company, Francesca has mastered the execution of each stage of the ESG strategy. Her in-depth knowledge of international frameworks and standards enables her to support companies in defining strategies tailored to the requirements of their target market and business sector, while integrating stakeholder expectations. Always on the lookout for best business practices, Francesca keeps a constant watch to help companies remain competitive and facilitate their growth.
She was recently appointed to the board of Vision-Travail, a leading organization in Abitibi-Témiscamingue promoting diversity and inclusion. Previously involved in the youth wing of the Rouyn-Noranda Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Francesca holds a B.Sc. Soc. in International Studies and Modern Languages and a graduate micro-specialization in Cooperation, Development and Economics from the University of Montreal, as well as being an MIT Certified Professional in Sustainable Development. She is fluent in French, English, Spanish and Italian.
