Naomi Nemeth

Naomi Nemeth, a seasoned Investor Relations professional with more than 25 years’ experience, currently serves as Vice President, Investor Relations for Lavras Gold with projects in southern Brazil. Focused on the mining industry since 2005, Ms. Nemeth has also held senior management positions with companies including HighGold Mining (Alaska), Coro Mining (Chile), Sandspring Resources (Guyana), Banro Corp. (Democratic Republic of the Congo), Desert Sun Mining (Brazil) and Continental Gold (Colombia). Ms. Nemeth has also led junior mining companies as CEO (MetalCorp Inc., Rockex Mining) and has served as a director on several exploration company boards. Ms. Nemeth began her career as a field geologist with Inco working in the Yukon, Northwest Territories and Ontario and has an undergraduate degree in geology and biology from Brock University and a master’s degree in journalism from the University of Western Ontario. Ms. Nemeth is based in Oakville, Ontario.
