Pauline Lu is the founder and Principal Consultant of GLY Consulting Inc., a Vancouver-based consulting firm which specializes in strategic human capital, leadership and business development solutions for the international mining industry. Pauline Lu brings 16 years of experience in global talent and executive development in the mining sector. As a Senior Consultant with industry and cross-cultural expertise, Pauline has cultivated a vast global network that includes mining executives, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and impact investors dedicated to supporting sustainable mining projects. Before founding GLY Consulting, Pauline held senior positions in talent acquisition and development at consulting firms specialized in the mining industry. A Certified Executive Coach, she has trained and coached international consultants and provided leadership development to managers and executives of major, mid-tier and junior mining companies. Fluent in Mandarin, English, French, with functional Spanish, and experienced with Africa, South America, South Pacific, and China, Pauline ensures her clients connect with the right partners who mutually benefit and succeed. Pauline frequently hosts seminars and webinars on topics such as investment, M&A, mining 101, global mining leadership, project management, ESG, and career development, creating dialogues and bridging the gap between East and West.
