Pierre-Philippe Dupont

Pierre-Philippe, Vice President of Sustainability at Canada Nickel Company, brings nearly 20 years of experience in leading efforts to successfully acquire environmental and social approvals for mining projects. During his decade-long tenure at RNC Minerals as Manager of Sustainability, he played a pivotal role in securing permits for the Dumont Nickel project, with broad support from the local stakeholders and First Nations. Before joining Canada Nickel, he served as Manager of Sustainability at Glencore’s Horne Copper smelter. Pierre-Philippe holds a Bachelor Degree in Biology and a Masters Degree in Science from Laval University.
