William Pellerin

William Pellerin is a Partner at McMillan LLP, where he co-leads Canada’s largest international trade law team. He has extensive experience litigating and advising on international trade law matters and disputes, including on tariff policy, trade remedies, customs compliance, export controls and economic sanctions. In his former capacity at Global Affairs Canada, and as international trade counsel to the Government of Canada, William oversaw and litigated international trade disputes and appeals and coordinated Canada’s response to such actions. William has a deep understanding of international trade policy and government processes.
